How to Temporarily Suspend Access for a Team Member in OpticalBackup<\/h3>\n

If you need to temporarily suspend a team member’s access to your OpticalBackup account<\/strong>, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

Navigate to the Team Members<\/strong><\/a> section by clicking the Team Members <\/strong>button on the main menu.<\/p>\n

In the team member record list, locate the name of the team member whose access you want to suspend.<\/p>\n

Toggle the on\/off switch<\/strong> in the “Active<\/strong>” column to disable access.<\/p>\n

By doing this, the selected team member will no longer be able to log in or access your OpticalBackup account<\/strong>. To restore access, simply return to the team member list and toggle the switch back on.
