How to Temporarily Suspend Access for a Team Member in OpticalBackup

If you need to temporarily suspend a team member’s access to your OpticalBackup account, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Team Members section by clicking the Team Members button on the main menu.

In the team member record list, locate the name of the team member whose access you want to suspend.

Toggle the on/off switch in the “Active” column to disable access.

 

By doing this, the selected team member will no longer be able to log in or access your OpticalBackup account. To restore access, simply return to the team member list and toggle the switch back on. Once reactivated, the team member will regain full access to all your account information and backups.
