Monitor User Activity with OpticalBackup for Enhanced Security
OpticalBackup records all user activities, including container creation, file uploads, container closures, recoveries, and more—across both the Web App and API/APP channels. This comprehensive tracking helps you monitor user behavior, make informed decisions, and quickly identify any unauthorized activity.
To access the User Activity table:
Expand the “System” link in the main menu. Click on “Activities”.
Within this table, you’ll find a detailed list of all user activities. You can filter the data by time interval, user name, or channel to focus on specific actions. If suspicious activity is detected, we recommend updating passwords immediately (refer to our tutorial: “How to Choose a Strong Password?”) or suspending team members with unusual behavior (see our tutorial: “How to Suspend a Team Member?”).
