Secure Your Data with OpticalBackup: Choose Between Data Center Storage or Disk Shipping
When you use OpticalBackup to protect your data on optical disks, you have the option to either store your disks in our state-of-the-art data center, where they are kept in optimal, controlled environmental conditions, or request to have the disks shipped directly to you.
To receive the optical disks, you must select a subscription plan that includes shipping. If you prefer that we retain the disks securely in our data center, choose a non-shipping plan.
How Secure is My Data During Shipping?
Rest assured, when we ship your disks, all data stored on them is encrypted to ensure maximum protection against unauthorized access. To decrypt the data on the shipped disks, please refer to our tutorial: “How to Decrypt Data on Shipped Disks?”
