Enhance Security by Monitoring Session Activity with OpticalBackup
For optimal security, OpticalBackup continuously tracks all user session login activities to your account, providing detailed logs of when users have logged in and out. This feature is invaluable for detecting any unauthorized access or monitoring team members’ activity.
To access the session log:
Expand the “System” link in the main menu. Click on “Session Logs”.
Within this table, you can view a comprehensive list of all login and logout activities. You can filter the data by time interval or user name to focus on specific sessions. If you detect any suspicious activity, we recommend that you and your team members immediately update your passwords (refer to our tutorial: “How to Choose a Strong Password?”) or suspend team members with unusual activity (see our tutorial: “How to Suspend a Team Member?”).
