Manage Your Billing Information with OpticalBackup
At OpticalBackup, we use the Stripe platform for secure and seamless billing. If you’re subscribed to a paid plan, it’s important to keep your billing information up to date. Additionally, to apply tax exemptions or calculate taxes, you’ll need to provide your company or personal tax details.
To access your billing portal:
Go to your personal menu and click on “Billing and Shipping.”
In the first section titled “Billing Portal,” click the “Go to: Billing Portal” button.
From there, Stripe will guide you through entering the essential details for accurate charging and invoicing.
