1. Data uploaded during the free trial period can be recovered within this period. After the trial ends, you will be invited to subscribe to one of our plans to maintain access to your data. If you do not subscribe to a plan, your data will be scheduled for deletion.
2. Standard recovery may take up to 48 hours, depending on system load.
3. Priority recovery aims to restore your data within 2 hours, depending on system load.
4. Industry-standard ISO/IEC 10995 tests conducted by Millenniata indicate an expected mean lifetime of 1,332 years, with only 5% of discs showing signs of data loss after 667 years. Therefore, the projected lifetime is expected to be several hundred years under optimal conditions: a temperature of 10°C to 23°C (50°F to 73°F), humidity between 20% and 50%, avoiding direct sunlight, storing discs vertically in protective cases, handling them by the edges, and keeping them in a clean, dust-free, and stable environment.

For typical use, the projected lifetime is estimated at 30 to 50 years under optimal conditions: a temperature of 10°C to 23°C (50°F to 73°F), humidity between 20% and 50%, avoiding direct sunlight, storing discs vertically in protective cases, handling them by the edges, and keeping them in a clean, dust-free, and stable environment.
6. Unused GB included in one billing period does not roll over or transfer to the next billing period.
